PAYMENT NOTES

• Hanlun Habitats accepts payment by cash, cheque, VISA & MASTER Card, and bank transfer.

  • Cash Payment is only available at Lily Court.

  • Credit card settlement on rental account is subjected to administration fee being 2% of the rental payment.

  • Credit card settlement for security deposit is not accepted. 

  • Please avoid using post-dated cheque.

  • Please kindly approach our Customer Service for the Hanlun Habitats account details for bank transfer.

• Rental & Incidental Invoices will be issued on the first working day of your lease month.

• Payment is due upon presentation of the invoice.

• Overdue payment is subjected to late charge of 2%.

• For your convenience, setting up of standing instruction or direct debit of rental payment to our bank account is highly recommended.

• During bank transfer, may we also remind you to ensure sufficient funds to cover both local and overseas charges of the recipient bank.
