DURING YOUR STAY

REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

• For those residents who have paid their security deposit according to their personal lease, they will receive a Security Deposit Refund Form from Hanlun Habitats before their departure.

• Repair / replacement costs would be deducted from the security deposit in case of any damages & loss of Hanlun properties & assets that are caused by the residents or related party / parties.

• During the refund process, all outstanding balances and / or bank charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

• The refund process USUALLY takes 15 working days to complete after departure. Hanlun Habitats Ltd. is not responsible for any delay due to the bank, especially in the case of telegraphic transfer.
