STORAGE UNDER HUMID WEATHER

• Please note that our cleaning staff will not open your wardrobes and drawers due to privacy & security reasons. We suggest our guests to keep an eye on their garments and items as sometimes our guests may find their belongings molded due to the humid weather in Hong Kong.

• Should cleaning work for your wardrobes and drawers is required, please contact us and we are happy to carry out the work with your presence in your apartment.

• As humidity is out of our control, we do not bear any responsibility on the damage that caused by mold. Please be advised to improve the situation by obtaining de-humidifier packs in supermarkets and placing them in your storage, especially since no one can monitor the situation during your overseas trip.
