Essential Information
NOTE FOR YOUR STAY
A joint inspection for the handover / repossession of the apartment will be arranged upon your arrival / prior to your departure. During the inspection, any incorrect quantity and defective conditions of inventory items & fixtures shall be recorded on the related documents for Handover / Repossession and those shall be signed by both parties to confirm all the stated conditions.
Residents & their movers shall take the responsibilities to prevent any damages to the building's facilities, while residents will be liable for any damages caused during their move. Any packing materials must be cleared from the building once the move/ delivery is completed.
For PEACH BLOSSOM ONLY:
To arrange the elevator for loading & unloading purpose of your moving (or delivery of large-size object) in advance, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your moving schedule.
Any visitors that come alone are required to register their ID at Front Desk.
A complimentary pack of Garbage Bags will be distributed each quarter (i.e. JAN, APR, JUL, OCT). Garbage collection bin is located at the staircase outside the fire exit doors in each floor lobby. The elevator will be occupied for garbage collection between 00:00-01:00 and please place your packed garbage into the bin beforehand.
Garbage collection will be suspended on the 1st Day of Chinese New Year. In case of typhoon, garbage collection will be suspended if typhoon signal no.8 (or above) remains valid at 2:00am.
Optical fiber from PCCW (Netvigator) Broadband internet service is available in your apartment (while PCCW internet service is consumed at your own cost). Telephone line socket, optical broadband data socket & TV signal socket are available in your apartment.
REGISTRATION & TERMINATION : WATER & ELECTRICITY & GAS SUPPLIES

SERVICES
Posting mails
Stamps are available to purchase at our Front Desk (while stocks last). Normal posts via HK POST could be left at our Front Desk for postmen to collect.
Photocopy & Fax
We provide black & white photocopy & local fax services at HK$2 for each single page.
Laundry
Forms & bags for “Pound-washing” and “Dry-Cleaning & Laundry” that are provided by Taipan Laundry, are available upon your request. Please pass your packed garment with the signed form to us before 09:30 (except public holidays, typhoon 8 or above and/or black rainstorm) and your cleaned garments will be returned before 17:00 on the next working day.
Please approach our Front Desk and pay for the charges, in order to collect your garments.
Gymnasium
Our Gymnasium is located at G/F of Lily Court on 28 Robinson Road, from 07:00-23:00 daily (MON to SUN, including Public Holidays) and you are required to bring your own towel.
Please physically present the access card (that you received upon your check-in) in Lily Court and login via our system there using the serial number of your card. Only FOUR CARDS can be issued to each unit in maximum and the replacement cost of each card (due to loss / human damage) is HK$100 each.
Residents have to return those access cards to our Front Desk upon their departure from Hanlun Residences.
Intercom (Peach Blossom only)
The intercom could be connected to the local landline/mobile telephone number that you provide to us. Caller's display in "23370065" indicates that someone is calling you via the intercom at the ground floor entrance. You may talk once you answer the call. Please press "0" during the conversation for opening the ground floor entrance.
Delivery Acceptance (Peach Blossom only)
Although we may assist to accept delivery of goods for you during your absence, please note that:
we do not accept any goods that need signature & company stamp & delivery payment plus any frozen/ chilled products plus large size objects such as furniture, plus valuable items;
we do not be responsible for inspection & condition of your goods. Advance notice on the delivery schedule is appreciated
PAYMENT NOTE
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, VISA & MASTER Card, Bank Transfer, and Direct Debit Authorization.
We recommend Direct Debit Authorization to be your settlement method as it helps to minimize any inconvenience that would be caused by payment delay. You may download the Direct Debit Authorization <here>. While you are required to return the completed form to us, please leave the "Debtor Reference" blank as it would be filled by us for identification. Please note that the bank normally takes at least 7 working days to process the Direct Debit Authorization. As rental will be due on the 1st day of each month, to avoid any delay of settlement for the coming month, please ensure that you leave sufficient time for the bank to process and complete your authorization before month-end.
Credit card settlement on rental account is subjected to administration fee being 2% of the rental payment.
During Bank Transfer, please ensure sufficient funds to cover both local and/ or overseas charges of the banks. The account details for bank transfer are as follows:
